  • Ms. Taylorson, who specializes in real estate law with a focus on the law of condominiums and cooperatives, is currently principally engaged in the writing and filing with the New York State Department of Law of offering plans for newly constructed, vacant or non-residential condominiums. Before joining Gerstein Strauss & Rinaldi LLP, Ms. Taylorson was an Assistant Attorney General (Volunteer) in the Real Estate Finance Bureau of the Office of the Attorney General of the State of New York. In earlier years, she worked as an attorney in the Legal Department of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, specializing in margin and consumer protection regulations.
