VICTOR R. GERSTEIN

Mr. Gerstein has been specializing exclusively in real estate and banking law on a continual basis since 1976. He has a particular expertise in complex commercial and multi-family residential acquisitions and conveyances, joint ventures, limited partnerships and limited liability companies, mortgage and securitized financing and commercial leasing. Mr. Gerstein has successfully handled numerous mortgage restructurings on behalf of both institutional lenders and borrowers.

Mr. Strauss specializes exclusively in transactional real estate law, including multi-family residential and commercial acquisitions and conveyances, conveyances of development rights, office and retail leasing, residential financing and cooperative and condominium law.

LISA J. RINALDI

Ms. Rinaldi specializes in transactional banking and real estate law, including secured and unsecured loans, permanent, bridge and construction mortgages, cooperative and condominium conversions, condominiums, offering plans, and commercial leasing. Ms. Rinaldi has handled, on behalf of the firm’s clients, the closing of the acquisitions, sale, and financing of multi-million dollar commercial and residential buildings, including, defeasance transactions, securitized loans, and construction loans.

ERIC S. HOROWITZ

Mr. Horowitz specializes in commercial and residential sales and acquisitions, as well as commercial leasehold transactions. Mr. Horowitz has handled matters involving the acquisition, sale, and/or financing of multi-million dollar commercial and residential buildings throughout the Country. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Horowitz was a partner at Zane and Rudofsky where, in addition to his transactional and leasing work, he handled complex commercial litigation with an emphasis on commercial landlord/tenant matters and other real estate related disputes. Mr. Horowitz's litigation background gives him a unique and keen perspective on transactional and leasing work.

Mr. Horowitz was admitted to New York Bar in 1984 and is also admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

BRAD LEE STEINBERG

Mr. Steinberg has been specializing exclusively in transactional real estate and business law, including office and retail leasing, commercial, hotel and residential acquisitions and conveyances, representation of cooperative housing corporations, and commercial and residential construction agreements. Mr. Steinberg has handled the closing of multi-million dollar commercial acquisitions, sales and financings.

DMITRIY SHLEYMOVICH

Mr. Shleymovich specializes in real estate and real estate finance law, including financing (acquisition, construction, mezzanine and bridge), acquisition and disposition of commercial, residential and hospitality properties, retail and office leasing, as well as joint venture and private equity transactions. In addition to real estate transaction, Mr. Shleymovich advises clients on general business and corporate law matters, including entity formation, operating, partnership and shareholder agreements, acquisition and disposition of companies by stock purchase and purchase of assets.
